Discovered the Beltline Blvd exit ramp abruptly ends at the light rail station construction site. Also the stairs on both sides of the bridge are fenced off, not just the east side.

There are stairs here and then the path goes parallel to the parkway to the crosswalk.

Cleaned up Stone Arch closure tagging. Deleted Access=yes tag for closed portion. Split way b/c only east end of bridge is currently closed, along with a portion of 6th Ave SE. Closure status of surrounding sidewalks on east side may need updating.

Adjusted Green Line level and added crossing nodes to reflect that the Glenwood Ave bridge includes (elevated) level grad crossings of the light rail tracks for both the road and sidewalks.
