Although you may of thought that this was associated with an import that has been consulted on, there are substantial differences between what you have done and the UNICEF health facilities data import proposed in April 2013.

In particular

• You are lacking changeset tags as described in the consultation

• There are new tags not described in the proposal

Do not continue to import this data while these problems exist.
