tiny improvements to Santa Lucia trail

Break Santa Lucia. After watershed trail is totally overgrown with chapparal, impassable. With chainsaw spent about 2 hours on 1 km and then last signs of a trail past existence vanished. Disabling to connection with Junipera Serra climb.
-
Remove width and horse access from all of the Santa Lucia trail. In full length it is basically impassable. For a horsemen it is impassable from the very beginning. Width just doesn't make any sense for a trail that you sometimes can't see on the ground.

kinda undelete trail I deleted a month ago, better have some data here to prevent its recreation

Path to a decent capming site. Tagged pointer tbd later.

This path originating from TIGER doesn't exist in reality and not even barely seen from satelite. There is a very old fire break going 100 meters north of it, but it is so overgrown that can't been found on the ground. Better this line be deleted.

beginning of Santa Lucia trail, small improvments

As the comment noted, there is no such road. Access to the rest of Arroyo Seco is "temporarily" gated.
