Could you please expand on what some of the problems are? Street alignment? Missing streets or amenities? Thanks.
I think they are talking about the landuse/natural polygons that come close but do not share nodes, and about the large number of quadrilateral houses. Funny how none of the builders could make a right angle. :)
For example, I think the noter is asking for these kind of changes: http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/way/225804749
Fixed many of the "house-zoids" in the north and west, and adjusted some of the land use to use merged nodes, but there's still a lot to do in the east of the village and pick-ups remain throughout. In defense of the original editor, we have to assume, as they were done in 2010, that the imagery and tools are not what we have now.

I still see a lot of crappy building outlines as mentioned above
Working on it - nearly all cleaned up now.
Such a low note number?
Having orthogonalized all buildings within a couple miles of the village center, I'm ready to declare victory and move on. Building outlines now resemble what's on the ground, though much work remains in fixing land use boundaries and adding missing buildings.
